Father Seraphim

In the human heart can be the Kingdom of God. If only we ourselves loved Him, the Father of our Heavenly, truly, in a filial way. The Lord is equally listening to both the monk and the layman, a simple Christian, if only they were Orthodox and loved God from the depths of their souls, and had faith in Him, at least with a grain of mustard.

The Lord Himself says: "Everything is possible to the believer!" Whatever you ask the Lord God, take everything, if only it was for the glory of God or for the benefit of your neighbor.

But if even something was needed for your own need or benefit, then even so soon and graciously the Lord God will send you, if only in extreme need and necessity insisted. For the Lord loveth them that love him, good, the Lord is kind to all, and the petitions of them that fear and honor him will fulfill, and he will hear their prayer.
