Holy Prince Gleb known with his brother Boris. These two were the first Russian saint of saints and canonized by the Church as martyrs. St. Gleb was meek and God-fearing young men. He led a quiet life of prayer and helping the poor and needy. Holy Prince was martyred by assassins who hired Svyatopolk Accursed in the period of civil strife.
