On both sides of the throne are the reverend fathers - founders of Russian monasticism: Theodosius Pechersky and Anthony Caves; in the hands of both the scrolls with inscriptions. Reverend Theodosius written on this icon without hood, bareheaded, in robes and stoles, and St Anthony - in full garb.
