The icon of the Lord, like the icon of the Most Holy Theotokos, is always present in the house of the Orthodox family. It was through Jesus Christ that the salvation of the human race came to the world, through Him, and now we are now opening the way to paradise, He will judge all the nations during His terrible Second Advent, therefore Christ is the center of the universe, the center of love and our attention. His image is central in every house and in every temple. To Him we raise our eyes in prayer, hope and hope.
